Since we opened our doors our Metabolic Burn classes have been one of the more popular fitness programs in Northeast PA.
Originally called bootcamp we saw countless bootcamp style programs and classes pop up.
At NEPA Fit Club/Driven Athletics we refuse to settle and refuse to be lumped in with the herd. We are ever evolving!
Bootcamp became Metabolic Burn.
Burn is not your run of the mill exercise class. We make each phase goal oriented just like we do with our semi private and private training.
This means we don’t throw together random workouts, we put together a plan to help get YOU better.
Burn will be up to 40/45 minute training sessions broken down into a 30 minute interval type training that use a wide variety of implements such as kettlebells, battle ropes, dumbbells, Suspension Trainers, bodyweight and medicine balls to name a few and a 8-10 minute challenge session where you can compete against yourself and work towards YOUR own goals!
In addition, each exercise has a set of progressions and regressions to help ensure that you’re not overwhelmed or underwhelmed. We are here to make you better, not break you down!
