It’s that time of year again. Some would say the most wonderful time of the year, others bah humbug (I mean I’ve never actually heard anyone say the phrase bah humbug but you get the point)! The holiday season. Whether you are like Buddy the Elf this time of year or you are a mean one Mr. Grinch one thing is probably true. I am pretty certain that your fitness and nutrition kind of go in the tank this time of year.
